Pack Your Items
Securely package your sneakers and apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag.
Label and Send
Print your generated return label or use a QR code at your chosen drop-off point, then ship the package via one of our approved courier partners.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
